Project Management
- All project management activities to ensure smooth operations would be included in the scope document.
- In addition to driving a detailed Transition Plan, KRGM AccTech Project Manager would arrange necessary documentation and participate in weekly project status update to share project details including weekly progress, project issues, next steps etc. with the business stakeholders.
- KRGM AccTech Project Manager or Consultant would conduct Discovery sessions for Requirements Gathering. These sessions may be conducted in the form of virtual/in-person workshops to align expectations and define appropriate output from the engagement.
- A requirements/solution design document would be created as part of the project transition deliverable. A sign-off would be required on the document from Operations Head to proceed.
